Is AURELIA dimmable?
Yes. AURELIA includes remote-controlled dimming, allowing you to adjust brightness for everyday dining, entertaining, relaxing, or softer evening ambiance.
Is a remote control included?
Yes. A remote control is included for convenient brightness adjustment. Standard switch control is also supported.
How do I choose between Medium and Large?

Can I request a different lighting tone?
Yes. The default lighting tone is 3500K neutral white. You may request 2700K warm white or 6000K cool daylight by leaving a note on the Cart Page before checkout.

Yes. Natural alabaster diffuses illumination through the stone, helping create a warm ambient glow without harsh direct brightness.
Can AURELIA be installed on a higher ceiling?
Yes. The hanging wires are adjustable up to 78.7 inches / 200 cm, allowing flexible placement for higher ceilings, foyers, stairwells, and open layouts.
Will every alabaster orb look identical?
No. Each natural alabaster orb has unique veining, tone, translucency, and pattern. Every chandelier will have a slightly individual appearance.
Is professional installation recommended?
Yes. An installation guide is included, but installation by a licensed electrician is recommended for safe, secure, and properly balanced placement.
What does the warranty cover?
AURELIA includes a 2-Year LINKORI Warranty according to LINKORI warranty terms. Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper electrical connections, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
