Before First Use

• Gently wash each piece with warm water and mild dish soap.

• Rinse thoroughly to remove any packing or handling residue.

• Dry immediately with a soft, clean cloth before storing or using.

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, rough sponges, or placing new flatware directly into storage before washing and drying.

Daily Care After Use

• Rinse flatware soon after meals and remove food residue before it dries onto the surface.

• Pay special attention after contact with salt, vinegar, lemon, soy sauce, tomato sauce, mustard, egg, soup, or highly seasoned foods.

• Hand wash whenever possible, especially for colored, gold-tone, black, rose-gold, matte, mirror, or coated finishes.

• Dry immediately with a soft cloth after every wash.

Avoid

• Do not use steel wool, abrasive pads, rough sponges, scouring powders, bleach, chlorine-based cleaners, lemon-based cleaners, strong alkaline cleaners, or harsh chemical detergents.

• Do not leave flatware soaking in water, sauce, soup, vinegar, lemon, soy sauce, mustard, egg, tomato sauce, or saltwater.

• Do not leave used flatware sitting overnight with food residue.

• Do not leave wet flatware sitting in the sink, dishwasher, drying rack, or storage drawer for a long time.

Do

Do

• Avoid overcrowding the cutlery basket.

• Separate knives, forks, and spoons where possible.

• Open the dishwasher after the cycle to release steam.

Don’t

• Do not leave flatware inside a closed, damp dishwasher overnight.

• Do not wash stainless steel flatware together with silver, silver-plated, aluminum, or other reactive metals.

• Do not use harsh dishwasher detergents, high-heat cycles, or heated drying settings on colored or coated finishes.

• Avoid air drying colored, mirror, or polished finishes, as water spots may appear.

Do

• Wash knife blades soon after use.

• Dry blades immediately and completely.

• Store knives safely so the blades do not rub against other pieces.

• Use extra care after cutting acidic or salty foods.

Don’t

• Do not leave knives wet in the sink.
