14 Days Return Policy

Thank you for choosing LINKORI. If you find that our product isn't quite right for you, we're here to support your decision. For eligible returns, items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery and should remain in an unused condition, accompanied by their original packaging.

Kindly be informed that all refunds will have a 5% restocking fee deducted from the total amount.

Upon successful inspection of the returned item by our quality assurance team, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. This typically takes about 1-2 business days from when our warehouse receives the item.

Please note that we do not bear the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

We deeply regret any inconvenience that might have arisen from receiving a damaged or defective product. At LINKORI, our goal has always been to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our valued members. Understandably, there can be instances where products might sustain damage during transit. Rest assured, once we validate the defect, a brand-new item will be dispatched to you. In such scenarios, the return shipping charges will be borne by us.

It's essential to initiate this process within 7 days from the date of delivery.
