At LINKORI, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home pieces. Many of our items—especially our lighting collections—are made to order, thoughtfully designed to bring warmth and timeless elegance to your space.
While most made-to-order items are non-refundable with other brands, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as we want you to feel truly at home with your purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Please note:
While we offer complimentary shipping on all orders, a 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds processed to the original payment method. This fee covers transaction processing costs that are not reimbursed to us by Shopify.
Once your return has passed our quality assurance inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This typically takes 1–2 business days from the time our warehouse receives your item.
Kindly note that return shipping costs are not covered by LINKORI.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged or defective item. At LINKORI, we are committed to delivering only the highest quality products to our valued customers. While rare, damages can occasionally occur during transit, and we are here to make it right.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@linkori.com within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will promptly send you a brand-new replacement. In such cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we truly regret any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused.
📦 Return Shipping Guidelines
To initiate a return, please email support@linkori.com with your order details. We will provide you with the nearest return address and clear instructions for proceeding.
As noted in our policy, return shipping costs are not covered by LINKORI, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective. Once we receive your return and complete our quality assurance inspection, we’ll issue your refund—typically within 1–2 business days.
