While most made-to-order items are non-refundable with other brands, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as we want you to feel truly at home with your purchase. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Once your return has passed our quality assurance inspection, your refund will be issued to your original payment method — typically within 1–2 business days after receipt.
