🔄 14-Day Return Policy

At LINKORI, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our home pieces.
Many of our items — especially our lighting collections — are made to order, thoughtfully designed to bring warmth and timeless elegance into your space.

While most made-to-order items are non-refundable with other brands, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, because your comfort and satisfaction matter to us.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds — this covers non-reimbursed transaction fees

💳 Refund Process

Once your return passes our quality assurance inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
This typically takes 1–2 business days from the time our warehouse receives your item.
