  • Separate Shipments: If your order contains multiple items, they might be shipped individually. Therefore, you may receive one item before the next. Rest assured, all your items are on their way.
  • Shipping Concerns: If you don't receive all your items within the specified business days or encounter any issues with your package, please contact us. You can also reach out via support@linkori.com. Make sure to include your order and tracking numbers and briefly explain the situation.

At LINKORI, we're dedicated to prompt order processing and efficient shipping. Here's a breakdown:

  • Handling Time: After placing your order, we typically take about 2-3 business days for handling before it's handed over to our shipping partners.
  • Standard Shipping Times:

• US: 3-5 business days

• CA, EU, UAE, UK: 7-9 business days

• Other International Orders: 7-15 business days

  • Special Items: Some of our unique, handmade items may need additional processing time since they are crafted as exclusive pieces of art for you. For these, shipping might extend up to 7 days beyond the usual shipping dates.
  • Lighting Products: Some lighting goods require a longer processing time, about 3-5 weeks, which is indicated separately in the product details.

Please remember that these are general timeframes and actual delivery might vary based on specific circumstances.

At LINKORI, we're proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no matter the size or weight! Even for heavy and fragile items, which typically incur higher shipping costs, we bear the expenses to provide our valued LINKORI members with a seamless shopping experience. Should you face any issues regarding your shipment, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team. When contacting, please ensure you provide both your order and tracking numbers along with a concise description of the issue at hand.

If upon receiving your order you notice any items missing, it's crucial to contact us immediately. Please report the discrepancy within 3 days of the delivery date, and we'll promptly investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Tracking details usually take about 2-3 days to update after an order has been shipped. If you can't find any tracking information immediately after your purchase confirmation, we recommend checking back in 1-2 days. It should be available by then.

Returns

At LINKORI, your satisfaction is paramount. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to assist with a return.

14 Days Return Policy

You have 14 days to return an item from the date of delivery. If the purchased product didn’t meet your expectations, return it for a refund within this period.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be in the original packaging. Please note, all refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it. If your return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method. We will notify you promptly about the status of your refund. The return process typically takes 1-2 business days post the receipt of the return at our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

Please be aware, LINKORI does not bear the return shipping costs. For the return process and further instructions, kindly contact us at support@linkori.com. Your delight in shopping with us is our priority, and we are here to support any issues you encounter.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

We deeply regret that you received an item that wasn't perfect. At LINKORI, we strive for excellence and aim to provide the best quality products for our members. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances during shipping, items can sometimes be damaged or become defective.

Our Commitment to You

If you receive a damaged or defective item, rest assured, we will promptly issue a replacement upon verification of the defect. Should a return be necessary, all associated shipping costs will be borne by us.

  3. Please initiate this process within 14 days of the delivery date to ensure prompt resolution.

We understand that sometimes you might need to make changes to your order. Here's how you can do it:

If Your Order Hasn't Been Fulfilled:

  1. Get in touch with us immediately. The best way to ensure changes can be made is to contact us within 6 hours after placing your order.
  2. You can reach out to our support team directly or send an email to support@linkori.com with the details of the modification you'd like to make.

If Your Order Has Been Shipped:

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we cannot make any modifications. However, you can utilize our return policy to send back any unwanted items once received.

We strive to process orders swiftly, often moving items to fulfillment in just a few hours. This ensures quick delivery but also means there's a limited window for modifications. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

LINKORI
